when i enter the rich text editor from a bookmark it works fine, but when i
click refresh and the page reloads the rich text editor no longer works.

The javascript error is 'document has no properties' line 221 source file

Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto http://www.mozilla.org/editor/midasdemo/
2. click refresh
3. rich text editor no longer works, javascript errors appear

Actual Results:  
the rich text editor is not editable, rollovers dont work and javascript error
'document has no properties'
