Simple "File" > "Quit" Alt "Q" fails.  "Close" works

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.File <click>
2.select "Quit" last thing on the menu
3.The menu returns up and nothing happens

return to browsing!

Expected Results:  
kill -9 mozilla
