The search field in the bookmarks manager currently searches only the bookmarks
and bookmarks bar.  In the History pane, the search field should either search
the History or be disabled.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Open History (cmd-y)
2.  In the search field, type text that appears in url or title of
recently-visited, non-bookmarked page


Actual Results:  
Page from history not found; any bookmarks which contained the same text were found.

Expected Results:  
Page from history found by search
or
search field not active while in history pane

This may be a duplicate of bug 174899, but it's unclear what the status/future
of that bug is (it addresses a sidebar), and that bug also doesn't mention the
fact that the search field exists on the history page but doesn't search history
(counterintuitive)! :)
