For (2), try: FileMenu->New->Navigator Window or try typing: CTRL-N Actual Results: 1- No quit 2- No New Window Expected Results: 1 - Should Exit 2 - Should create New Browser Window For some URLs, sometimes, CTRL-N produces a new tab (I think...)
Do you see any errors in the Javascript Console? see Tools - Web Development - JS console Component is Browser-General or something else, but not Event Handling. Please change it and then "Reassign bug to owner and QA contact of selected component".

(In reply to comment #1) > Do you see any errors in the Javascript Console? > see Tools - Web Development - JS console Yes. I get the following error message after trying to quit: Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80570018 (NS_ERROR_XPC_BAD_IID) [nsIJSCID.getService]" nsresult: "0x80570018 (NS_ERROR_XPC_BAD_IID)" location: "JS frame :: chrome://global/content/globalOverlay.js :: goQuitApplication :: line 23" data: no] > Component is Browser-General or something else, but not Event Handling. Please > change it and then "Reassign bug to owner and QA contact of selected component". Bugzilla tells me, after changing to "Reassign bug to owner and QA contact of selected component", then clicking "Commit", that I have insufficient privileges.
