In the RC1 version of Firefox, when opening links from any external application,
they will open them in the same Firefox window if one is currently open or the
firefox window that is currently being viewed on screen. Tested this bug by
opening new widnows in Mozilla Thunderbird and Yahoo Messenger. Also, the option
to have links clicked from external applications i checked to open new links in
new browser windows.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox
2. Make sure the option to open external links in new windows is checked.
3. Click on a link from an external application
Actual Results:
The link opened in the current Firefox Window

Expected Results:
The link should have opened in a new Firefox window.
I'm running release 1.0 on a Mac, and the same thing happens to me. The usual
place that I click on links is Thunderbird, and it happens both in Thunderbird
0.8 and 0.9.

This bug was an issue with an extension I had called Tabbed Browser Extensions.
I have since uninstalled it and links now open properly.
