At the moment in IE if you add a bookmark to the "Links" folder it gets placed
in something like "C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Favorites\Links". This
has the added advantage that you can add that folder to your taksbar and have
all your links directly accessible withought having to run firefox first.

This is of course a Windows Only feature.

This isn't something that's really feasible since we don't intend at any point
to have individual files for each bookmark.

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs, filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
