Exactly what happens when you try? Exactly which Firefox version? Which OS is running on the K6/2 computer when it fails to unpack? *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 233815 ***

Work around - unpack firefox???.exe to a temp file. Got to temp file and run setup.exe. Still think firefox should be offered in plain zip/arj/lzh/rar either as a packed file or an executable via these zippers. OT: If you want to install firefox to some other directory than C:\program files\firefox you better be sure to create that directory before installing. setup.exe is brain dead when it comes to creating directories in the middle of an install. "Solved" my own bug report.

Bugs without an identifiable fix in mozilla code should be marked WFM.
