User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041026 Firefox/1.0RC1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041026 Firefox/1.0RC1 I would like the ability to hide or block specific images, especially annoying or undesirable ads (flashing "winner" banners, etc). Blocking images from an entire site isn't always a good option, especially with ads that come from the site itself. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Expected Results: The command should appear next to "Block images from [site]" in the contextual menu.

I think there's an extension that does this already called Adblock. https://update.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?application=firefox&id=10&vid=664
