I constructed an XHTML+CSS document which started from an old Frontpage
document. I got it to parse and display fine in Firefox (the XML checker is
great), but when I submitted it to the W3C validator it said there were several
non UTF-8 characters in it. I found and removed them (sorry, don't know what
there were as they displayed as spaces in Notepad). If needed, I can try to
find them again as
I have the original Frontpage document.
