Steps to Reproduce:
Go to http://chanteur.net/biblio/bug3.htm
Actual Results:  
Bold text is smaller than normal text of the same font-size and same
font-size-adjust

Expected Results:  
Bold text should have the same size as the normal text.
The bug happens only with the TAHOMA font, not with Arial or Helvetica.

It does not appear if font-size-adjust is not used.
The bug appears for me too
