267206 - Hidden iframe under textbox causes flashing text cursor to not show in textbox

If an iframe is on a div (layer) that is above or below (z-order) an HTML
textbox, the textbox does not display a flashing cursor when it has focus.  It
is still editable and selectable, it just appears not to be.

I will attach an example to reporduce this.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
See attached code sample.
Actual Results:  
No flashing cursor to indicate the textbox has focua and is editable.

Expected Results:  
Shown flashing cursor.

Sorry, this is a duplicate, missed it in my search.  Appears to be the same
symptoms as bug #263900.
