In the prefs window, mousewheel pane, the rightmost several characters are not
showing up in the top of the box when you select an item. For example, "Using
the wheel while pressing the Alt key" becomes "Using the wheel while pres".

I will researchg this more tomorrow, but it appears the Combobox isn't getting
an incremental reflow.

This is probably a dup of 26714, same problem but a little different, the
combobox (instead of the list) isn't getting incremental reflows inside the
fieldset.

bryner, looks like the bug you filed here is fixed. However, I'm noticing that
if your pref window is not sized large enough for the longest item (using the
wheel while pressing the control key) then the drop down arrow doesn't show up.
I'm going to mark this verified and open a new bug for the arrow not showing up.
Let me know if you disagree.
