I think the Find toolbar should do the same by default. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Press CTRL + F Actual Results: Find toolbar appears at bottom of window. Expected Results: Find toolbar should appear at top of window, below the other toolbars (not sure about the tab bar).
