When you delete a name from PAB, it does not delete until you close the window.
 Once the window is closed and you re-enter it, then it is deleted.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Bring up PAB.
2.  Highlight name to be deleted.
3.  Click on the delete button.


Actual Results:  
The name does not appear to be deleted.
When you click on another PAB, and then click back in the original PAB, only
then is the name deleted.

Expected Results:  
When you delete a name from a personnel address book, it should delete immediately.

Please search the bug database before you file new bugs. Clearly a duplicate of
Bug 181165. Please resolve it.
