User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1
After installing Firefox 1.0PR, the installer ran it.
I saw the default home page - jumping up and down pretty fast.
I closed the browser, and re-opened it. It didn't jump, until I clicked a link.
I can't seem to find a way to make it stop jumping, except for closing the
browser and reopening it (which doesn't help much either).
The jumps are pretty small, but very annoying.
I'd try and take a video of this when I get home from work.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Firefox 1.0PR and let the installer open it for you
2. For me, the page started jumping at this point, but sometimes you need to
click a link and open it in a new tab.
Actual Results:
The webpage started "jumping" and didn't stop even when I typed the URL of
another website.
Expected Results:
Shouldn't jump, obviously.

Alright, I opened this bug too fast, I'm sorry.
It happens because of StyleXP (http://www.tgtsoft.com/).
While this is still a bug, the severity is much lower.
Severity: major → minor
Summary: The content of the webpage "jumps" up and down and doesn't stop jumping until I reopen Firefox → With StyleXP the content of the webpage "jumps" up and down and doesn't stop jumping until I reopen Firefox
