I checked "block popup windows" in preferences, althought some pages open new
pop up windows on javascript event "onUnload".

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Tools > Options... > Web Features check the box "Block Popup Windows"
2. Open this page: http://www.raus.de/crashme
3. Go to an another page

Actual Results:  
New popup window is opened

Expected Results:  
Block the popup window
Works for me in Firefox RC1

WFM with Mozilla 1.8a5 build 2004102805 on WinNT4.
Fixed on 20040914, a day after your build.
