It will be good to have "Use proxy only for the sites listed...."  in
"Connection settiongs"->Proxy configuration.

Reporter, you can do that by writing a PAC (proxy autoconfiguration) file :
http://www.mozilla.org/docs/netlib/pac.html . That's often used by companies who
can have very difficult rules that often change (a PAC file is stored in a
central location).
