If you print the given page, the second image will be split. The print preview
is fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Print the page
Actual Results:
An image is split

Expected Results:
print the page as shown in preview, without splitting the image

Forum thread: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=153789
Printing with Adobe distiller also shows the bug, no need to waste paper and ink
This bug is similar to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=217642 but
in this case the top of the image doesn't disappear.

Duping to similar Bug 237939 since it has a testcase and more comments.
Reporter, if you feel this was done in error, please REOPEN.

1. Sorry for the multiple reports... bad connection
2. i reopened it, because there are some differences.

- unlike the other bug this bug is not noticable in the print preview. you have
to print the page to see the error
- the images are not split on the same page but on the page break, the top part
goes to the first page, the bottom to the second page
- maybe the same code is broken, but here the images are beneath each other, in
the other case they are side by side.

I've seen this problem on firefox 1.0 on linux, and I agree that it seems to be
a different bug than 237939.

I experienced the problem printed a boarding pass from AA.com. I saved the
file, removed most identifying info, and tarred up the result to attach to this
bug. if you untar it and point firefox 1.0 on linux at the .htm file in the top
level and print it, you'll see the AA.com ad at the bottom of the page printed
incorrectly across the page split. The preview looks correct.

I would say that the print code should avoid splitting the images at all, but if
it's going to split them, it should do so properly.
Nevermind my above comment. I forgot the machine I'm on hadn't been upgraded
yet. I tried to reproduce the problem on a real firefox 1.0 install, and the
bug didn't happen. Sorry about the confusion.

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01".

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and
you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
Thank you for your help in this matter.

I can't reproduce the bug with the link from the mozillazine thread but the page
with the error has changed. You now have to pay to see the whole article.
I haven't seen this bug since, but i very rarely print web pages.

So, i think this is a WFM now.
OK, WFM then
