xbl constructor, make mozilla crash.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a simple widget with a constructor containing the line: 
netscape.security.PrivilegeManager.enablePrivilege("UniversalXPConnect")
2. create a xul with a binding to that widget. 
3. run the xul.
Actual Results:  
Mozilla crash, and the application is closed. 

Expected Results:  
Execute the code inside an xbl constructor after a privilege is requested.
