I am constantly putting Doctor's names in e-mail.

And I deal with at least 30 different Doctors a day.

The spell checker whines about each and every of their names.

There should be an option for the Spell checker to ignore words that begin with
an upper case letter.

Also the same thing happens in domain names or e-mail addresses.

If a period contains no white space after it, everything before the period and
after the period should be ignored until it hits a white space.  Same thing with
e-mail addresses, everything before and after @ should be ignored....
