When you save a little site (I think that it is just at sites which you can very
fast save) then the progress-bar in the download-dialog, goes not from 0% to
100%, it remains at 0%.

The rest of the dialog ist right, i can yust cklick close, Launch File and show
location, nothing else.

That problem wiered a little bit.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. got to the site google
2. click save as (you must have choosen open in download-dialog in your preferences)
3. and i hope you will seee it


Expected Results:  
The progresss-bar should go up to 100% it
The elapsed time is at 0:00 it can be, that is the problem, becouse the
progress-bar is coupled at this time?!
Summary: Download finished but Progress-bar is at 0% → Download finished but Progress-bar is at 0%
