Beginning with 1.0RC1, there is a green icon viewable for short period of time
after starting up Firefox. See attached screenshot.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox.
Actual Results:  
1. Icon viewable for one second.

Expected Results:  
2. No icon should be viewable. In fact, I even don't know what it's for.

Confirming with FF 0.11/1.0RC1 on WinNT4. The symbol looks like the rotated "Go"
symbol. I would say this is component Toolbar.
