After receiving new email, a green envelope icon appears in the task bar in
Windows XP to notify the user. After opening the new email this icon normally
disappears (expected behaviour).

But: When a filter rule (Tools/Message Filters...) is used to move certain
incoming emails from the normal POP Inbox to a folder in "Local Folders", the
"new email" icon remains in the task bar after opening the filtered email.

Workaround:
- causing Thunderbird to check for new emails makes the icon disappear
- opening a new email from the default POP inbox makes the icon disappear

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a filter rule (Tools/Message Filters...) for a POP account that moves
incoming email to a new folder in "Local Folders"
2. Receive email for POP account that is moved by the filter.
3. Open the message in the "Local Folders" subfolder

Actual Results:
The green "new email" envelope icon remains in the Windows XP task bar

Expected Results:
The green "new email" envelope icon should disappear from the Windows XP task
bar after opening the new email
