When the message composition widow is opened with addresses pre-set, as when the
user clicked on a mailto: link, or on "New Msg" from the address book, the foucs
is in the message body. It should be in the subject line.

Can't verify because focus both for reply and plain New Msg now is in the
message body (on Linux build 2000.02.15.10). Do you want a new bug for that?

Using build 2000-02-23 -09on win98 and -12on Mac this is fixed too. Note: This
was tested with a new profile, as at least one of my older profiles didn't auto
populate the To: field, therefore the focus was in To: field for these two
cases. Not sure why my older profile didn't prefill the To: for a mailto or New
Msg from Address book, I will investigate and log a new bug if I find out.
Verified per zach and my testing.
