Although the "Do this automatically for files like this from now on" box is
checked, and the name of the application appears in the "Open with" window, the
Download Manager always opens and asks what to do with the same files.  The
Tools/Options/Downloads window also shows the proper associated action.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Click on a file to download and Download Manager appears
2.  Enter the application in "Open with" window, click OK 
3.  Close application
4.  Click on the same file as Step 1 

Actual Results:  
Download Manager re-appears

Expected Results:  
The software should simply open the file in the application chosen

won't automatically open .wmv files
asks if want to use .wmv default application.
even if check box "do this always from now on" is checked,
still asks the next time.
