If you go to http://delta.jero.net/template_0.3.html and go to View > Page Style
> No Style and then switch to View > Page Style > Delta Boards: Default, you see
the table caption at the bottom of the table. Refreshing will make it pop back.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. http://delta.jero.net/template_0.3.html
2. View > Page Style > No Style
3. View > Page Style > Delta Boards: Default
4. Look at the table caption

Actual Results:
The table caption is at the bottom of the table

Expected Results:
The caption should have stayed where it was.

I changed link of the example from http://delta.jero.net/template_0.3.html to
http://delta.jero.net/boardlist.html. I also changed the summary to something
