267501 - about:plugins needs updated information

On the about:plugins page, it says "Find more information about browser plug-ins
at Netscape.com.".  This should be changed as information on this page is
majorly outdated and generally referes to Netscapes browser, not Firefox.

It lists acrobat's newest version as 5.0, shockware as 8.5 and real player as
8.0,  which are just a few examples.  This should be changed before 1.0 goes out
the door.

Newer plugin link should be used (preferably one on mozilla.org)

According to bug 58291, this will be solved with bug 83754, but I don't if this
still applies with Firefox.

This is also present in the online help.

There are still a few references to Netscape and the NPL, and I think the devs
are working on getting rid of them.
But these two links are the only ones end users will really see.

This won't be resolved by bug 83754 because the URL and text comes from the
regions.properties file. This affects Mozilla suite as well as FireFox and
embedding apps. This needs to be fixed here:

Make that "before 1.1 goes out the door".

The file that needs to be changed is now:
http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/dom/locales/en-US/chrome/plugins.properties

It is shared among Fx/Mozilla, so this is a dupe of bug 243902.
