User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1

Firefox keeps bookmarks on the local machine and NOT in the users roaming profile.

I lost their bookmarks thinking that firefox would have put this information on
their roaming profile when the usr logs out like most other applications do.

If Firefox is to gain in the Enterprise on windows this must be fixed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add a bookmark
2.Go to another machine
3.Log in

Actual Results:
No bookmarks found

Expected Results:
Bookmarks to show up
-> FF

I don't think we do anything with the "roaming profile" in firefox, not just
bookmarks. -> Profiles

Can this feature be included in the 1.0 release? In the windows world this is a
huge deal from a users perspective.
We use whatever dir Windows says is
Documents and Settings/<Username>/Application Data

This is normally the windows roaming profile.
This is a similar request to Bug 249343 ("Roaming for Firefox"), but this one is
a bit different - It doesn't suggest using the same kind of romaing implemented
in Seamonkey (and NS 4.x for that matter), but rather Windows network profile.

I'm changing the summary to better reflect what's actually requested.

Prog.
Summary: Roaming Profiles and Bookmarks → Roaming Profiles and Bookmarks (based on Windows network profile)
This WORKSFORME for ordinary windows roaming profiles, and I'm going to mark
such. Jason, if you can provide details about why your "network profile" is not
being found, feel free to reopen. The real bug is that we put machine-local data
in the windows roaming profile (cache and compreg), which should be the Local
Setting directory, but there are existing bugs about that problem.
