We made a lot of change from rc1 to now.
 * install.it charset fix
 * whole help update
 * intl.css now includes some setting for advancedScripts
 * intl.css also includes Mac OS UI font fix
 * many other translation update

# rev.0.6.15 is the internal language pack revision of ja-JP L10N team

This diff includes charset fix of install.it and both EUC-JP and UTF-8 are
used.
