What is size of your cache (Tools>Options>Privacy>Cache)? Is it >0 ?
Yes my cache is 0.
Ok. Set cache to 0 cant install extensions. Set to 5000 they work. Thats not as
serious of a problem then but still a problem.

Possible solutions :
- fix it so it can download extensions and store someplace other than cache
- add a msg to download error box suggesting they increase the size of their cache
it is already reported
