A DOCTYPE and LANG attribute should be added. All links should be relative
relative. Not absolute relative.

The last line should be changed, as I no longer have CVS. Anne, do you mind
putting your contact info instead?

No problem. I guess I just have to file bugs when I get mailed on that address,
right?
Hmm, maybe we should point to Bugzilla and tell people to file a bug? (Giving
them a link which has some things predefined.)

ask user to file bug on site listing/page hosting
DOCTYPE added

goode idea :-)
I think lang is added by the wrapper, so I'm leaving it out. I don't know where
this file will be posted. I trust fantasai will change the links to the
appropriate relative links (or we can do it later).

LANG isn't added by the wrapper. (You never know what the language will be,
unless we had a good file name system with extensions like .en, .nl, .fr et cetera.)
If fantasai is ok with this draft, I'll check it in making the links relative.

Shouldn't that be a Documentation > End User bug?
You need to say /where/ I can help with user support up front - near the top of
"how to contribute". It's not obvious from the document where I should start.
(Give some offline suggestions as well as online ones.)

no, that component has been renamed to Help Viewer (as it was always intended
for Help content)
My page reads "writing documentation, which, contrary to popular belief, does
not always require a lot of time". I smell a white lie here :-p

Checked in, with changes requested by Anne on IRC:
"all META elements should be removed, one link can be more relative
(../../contribute/writing should be ../writing) and a new line should be removed
in the last paragraph"
I also removed some trailing whitespace and changed the wrapping a little bit.

add link to contribute/index.html
This seems like something that should go in.
