Firefox does not respond to Cmd-Q, Firefox Menu->Quit and Dock Menu->Quit until
all windows in Firefox are closed.  Then it may be quitted by the about actions.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. With at least a window opening.
3. type Cmd-Q

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
Firefox quits

It surfaces in Firefox 1.0RC2.
I have never encountered this bug before this version.
