User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041103 Firefox/1.0RC2 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041103 Firefox/1.0RC2 When the Download Manager is the only open Firefox window, menus appear in the menu bar but have no items, i.e. can't be opened. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the Download Manager. 2. Close all other Firefox windows. Make sure no minimized windows are open. 3. Try accessing the menus in the menu bar. Actual Results: opening a menu revealed no menu items. Among other things, this means I cannot open a new browser window in this situation. (If I close the Download Manager I can then open a new window.) I've labeled this as a Major bug because I think it's pretty common to end up with only the Download Manager open, and new users may find themselves stranded and return to Safari or worse, IE. This bug is also made more severe by its interaction with the bug that causes a bogus confirmation dialog to appear when closing the Download Manager as the last window. Expected Results: Instead, the menus should have retained their items.
