Pages containing setTimeout('document.location.reload()',5000)
will put themselves on top [with multiple firefox windows and when
not in background tab].


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Open two instances of firefox. One (page A) to a random page and one to a page
containing (page B):
<script>
setTimeout('document.location.reload()',5000);
</script>

Put page A on top. 


Actual Results:  
The javascript code will put page B on top. 
[This won't happen if page B is in an background tab.]

Expected Results:  
Page A should stay on top.

It seems to be releated to an extension:
Style Sheet Chooser 0.2

If I remove this extension, the behavior is normal.
