The html page attached will be printed as a single page (also print preview
displays only a single page).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load document
2. Select File -> Print preview
3. or File -> Print

Actual Results:  
Invalid interpretation of the page by Firefox when printing (screen display is
fine).

Expected Results:  
Print all pages.

Occurs with a lot of CSS 2.0 pages (that was the reason to put the severity to
major).
