This patch brings the en-GB localisation up to date since I submitted the
original en-GB files in bug 265211.

Rafael, put en-GB on your list? See if the change of this bug is already in, once
you do the checks.

Check-in buddies should be hanging around in #l10n. But I'll do a nag for the
