If you type "google" or "dict" in the location bar and hit enter, the browser
will actually try to search for "%s".  Instead, no search arguments should
redirect to the front page of google.com or dictionary.com.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on location bar
2.Enter in exactly "dict", with no arguments.
3.Hit enter

Actual Results:  
It searched for the definition of "%s".

Expected Results:  
Go to the front page of dictionary.com
