at derstandard.at some users have the problem that there is a big white space
between the frames (the page consists of three frames, so there are two white
spaces). the problem is, that i couldn't reproduce it myself. my brother has the
problem, and another user of this page as i read in the comments to an article
on this page.

there's just one thing i know: he has the problem everytime he visits the page,
i have it never. he has a new profile for sure

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open firefox
2. go to derstandard.at
Actual Results:  
there is are two big white between the frames of this page

Expected Results:  
there shouldn't be any frames

it would be great if this bug could be fixed before 1.0, because this website
promotes mozilla firefox quite well.
