Going to bugzilla.mozilla.org and right click - open in new tab on "Query Page"
results in a new tab loading as expected but doesn't turn the addressbar into a
secure site type before the page is completly loaded.

Expected Results:  
Would be nice if firefox could detect that a site is secure earlier, especially
in cases where firefox might take a long time to load.
I believe it's because their could be insecure elements on the page, that
Firefox wouldn't know about until it had finished loading.
