I get this one too
I too am having this issue. Running Firefox 1.0 on Windows XP Home SP2. I have not had the Feedback Agent appear uring startup, but it does appear randomly throughout surfing, and every time it causes Firefox to crash.

QFA shouldn't cause Firefox to crash. It is run automatically *if* Firefox crashes, to collect valuable debugging information and send it to devs. Could you post the talkback IDs of those "QFA-induced" crashes (that is those you think are happening because of QFA)?
Keywords: crash
Feedback agent has been followed by crash last two times it has appeared. This seems to be a randomly requested request for permission to monitor FireFox operation, not a request generated by instability.

don't know if this is the same but the following happens to me maybe once every few weeks: 1. quality feedback agent appears 2. firefox shuts down 3. quality feedback agent dialog box shuts down when you click on it this is really really really annoying. I assumed it the QFA was a questionnaire that popped up and it happened to crash my computer, instead it looks like Firefox is crashing all the time for me and this is trying to appear. This is on various computers so is not related to the computer, the only common thing is I'm using XP. What is the point when Firefox crashes, this crashes too? Also, when I disable the QFA agent, Firefox does not crash as often! I'm sure of it. Neil.

The Feedback agent causes Firefox to crash on my machine as well. I think it's irresponsible for the developers to pop anything up that I didn't ask to be popped up in-process. You want to pop it up? Pop it up in an out of process thread. Also, give me the option on that popped-up window to suppress it forever. Some of us perform work in our browsers and a crash by a popped-up utility that we didn't take any action to pop up ourselves that causes us to lose any work is VERY VERY FRUSTRATING.
