The lower down-arrow of the right scrollbar is not displayed and moving the
scroll slider to the bottom of the draw pane does not scroll to the bottom of
the content.

Scrollbar slider covers all of the page.

This has happened to me constantly when using gmail. The bottom part of the
right scrollbar disappears. It reappears when the window is resized.

Not sure if this still exists in current nightlies or is a dupe, though given
its age I'd doubt it.

I haven't seen this in awhile. (I think it was fixed (perhaps accidentally) sometime before 1.5 (Mozilla 1.8.0)).

If somebody can reproduce this with Firefox 2 or Minefield, reopen. :-)
