The View menu above the messages pane does not have a native drop down. It has
hard black borders, the separators are hard black and 100% wide, and there is no
WinXP shadow.

I just noticed this in 0.9. It seems odd that I can't find a dupe for this....

Steps to Reproduce:
all of our combo box widgets look this way. It's how the toolkit styles combo
box drop downs.
