User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041030 Firefox/1.0RC2
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041030 Firefox/1.0RC2

I have decided to hide my Bookmarks Toolbar Folder.
While browsing between tabs. I noticed the windows were not displaying the
correct address in the address bar.

I don't know if this is an with the Bookmarks Toolbar Folder.
But I haven't been able to replicate it.
Reloading reloads the same page in the tab.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hide Bookmarks Toolbar Folder
2. View several sites in tabs

Actual Results:
Incorrect address in address bar.

Expected Results:
Correct address of current viewing page in address bar.
I cannot reproduce this with the latest tinderbox build. But I had experienced
the same symptoms you are describing, though I was never able to reproduce it
consistently. It happens very rarely but if it does, the location bar sort of
freezes and the URL in the location bar does not change untill restart of Firefox.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0
But your at least confirming.
Fareed, is this a consistent bug? or does it only happens from time to time?
depend bug270479 ?
Samething like Tablet says.
Not reproducable all the time.
I cannot reproduce this reliably, but i want to confirm that i have definitely
seen this behavior in Firefox 1.0.

but only new tabs

and sometimes when i open new .html file from disc using doubleclick, and then
close it then this shown address will never ever change. i can type new address
and it will work but it will remain there until i change it manually again or
intil i restart firefox

WFM. Extensions can cause this type of thing - try safe mode to see if that helps.
