I tried software updating from Firefox RC1 to Firefox RC2 using the instructions
available at http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firefox/qa/softwareupdate.html.
Everything appears fine, but clicking the Help menu gives:

-------- (Seperator)
About Mozilla Firefox

There are no options to access help, but I did see that the help did get installed.

Tried in existing profile and a new profile and got the same results.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Follow instructions at
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firefox/qa/softwareupdate.html to update from
Firefox RC1 to Firefox RC2
2. Start Firefox
3. Click Help on the Menu

Actual Results:  
No options to access the help documentation

Expected Results:  
Had options for Help Contents and For Internet Explorer Users.
