Steps to Reproduce:
1. open "Reports" page
2. click "Old charts" link

You haven't been running the collectstats.pl cron job for 2 days yet.
hmm... well, but should I? I didn't know this. :)

I thought this page must provide an interface to select several fields before 
trying to display a report.
anyway, why not to make this error more user-friendly and helpful - e.g. 
"You haven't been running the collectstats.pl cron job for 2 days yet."
