talkback does not work correctly in localized nightly build on linux

the builds from latest-0.11-l10n has got a strange talkback window on linux.
when I start talkback on them (tried German, Swedish so far) I get:
2 small windows, one with menues and another with some checkboxes.
no errors on the console
can't close the windows, have to kill it

Steps to Reproduce:
Damn! I've searched for bugs like this at least two times!
