Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041103 Firefox/1.0RC2

when i started the download it crashed after a few seconds saying that the whole
files had been downloaded. But that wasnt true. Firefox only downloaded a few
bytes. It worked well with th IE ;)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Save link as ..
2.
3.

Actual Results:
as I said above

Expected Results:
Download the file
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1:
I had a similar problem: Partial dowload and then hangs/closes but pop up
remains on the screen. Task manager regards the task as "done."
Dowloading (ezvirus update , 4 m.b.)
The loader stops always at about 1,3 megabyte. Reproducable six times.
I made sure I was logged as Admin with full access.

I finally tried the I.E. dowload and it came down correctly with no hang.
Can you reproduce the problem with current releases/builds?

If so and you crash, please see if you have components\talkback.exe, if you do,
please run it and see if it lists any incidents, if not, please run the ff
installer, select custom install, select talkback, repeat the steps to crash,
follow the directions, repeat these steps. if you have an incident id, please
mention it here in this report. thanks

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a

(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
