If I go to "Open with", the OK button is inactive. When I select "Save..", the OK button is inactive. The only possible action is Cancel. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Thunderbird 0.9, Debian Sarge with GNOME 2.2 and 2.6
