The browser completely exits without any error messages when attempting to click
on the view progrram detail link.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Go to www.betanews.com
2.  Click on "View Changes" for any software listed in the right column.
3.  Click on "View Program Detail Page"

Actual Results:  
Browswer closes without error.

Expected Results:  
Program detail page should be displayed.
