When I try to drag and drop a previously saved extension (any extension) into
the extension manager, Firefox freezes. If I try and close it, Firefox crashes. 

Note A: The same bug is present in Thunderbird
Note B: The bug is NOT present under WinXP

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download an extension
2. Drag and drop the extension into the extension manager panel
3.

Actual Results:  
Firefox freezes. If I try and close it, Firefox crashes. 

Expected Results:  
Firefox should install the extension

Thunderbird and Firefox share the Extension Manager code, so this bug is a dupe
of  269568. Proper product/component is Firefox/EM
